You will need:
A large heat proof bowl
4 cups of boiling water
A large towel
Herbal Steam
Facial cleanser
Step 1: Gently cleanse your skin to remove any dirt/impurities while slowly awakening your pores.
Step 2: Carefully pour 4 cups of boiling water into a large heatproof bowl.
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of herbal steam blend
Step 4: Create a tent by wrapping a towel around your hand and draping it over the bowl. Hold your head at least 12 inches from the bowl.
